    Home is really quiet, because we are at the middle of the residence and the new material are really good for noise and temperature isolation. In winter we need just little heat from central heat for warm up the whole unit and in summer is enough to close all the glasses windows for get cool. The residence is very quiet and in summer time it will certainly be even more quiet. We wish you a good stay at home and we welcome you and your family. We gentle precise you that this is not a B&B rent home, it is a home that we live on it (I built everything inside by myself since September 2017). There are many personal issues at and we expected that it will be treated as a family house and not as business hotel room. The whole unit has been finishing to build up in January 2018 and we moved in on September 2018 when we returned from Ireland.
