Home Swap Toulouse: Open summer 2021! Open for offers – Our house was refurbished by an architect in 2016. It includes: – on the first floor: a garage (that you can use if our car is not in it, otherwise parking in the street is free and safe), a laundry room, toilets, an equipped and integrated kitchen open onto the living/dining room which overlooks both the patio and the garden. The sofa also unfolds into a double bed (140*190)
– on the second floor: 2 children bedrooms (each with a 90*190 bed and a futon chair that unfolds into a very comfortable 100*200 bed) and 1 master bedroom with a 160*200 bed, a bathroom, separated toilets
– on the third floor: 2 bedrooms, each with a brand new 160*200 bed, an office open onto the landing, a shower room with toilets
At the back, there is a also garden of about 150m² with sandpit for children, ping pong table, barbecue and vegetable garden.
In total, it can comfortably accommodate 10 people, additionally, the cot and the living room sofa-bed.
We have tons of toys for kids and many many board games for any age (in particular adults). We also have various bikes, scooters, and so on.
We have a foldable cot and basic equipment for babies.

Facilities

Our cleaning lady usually comes on Thursdays. We can ask her to come during your stay, or at the end, or not at all. Let’s discuss the modalities together!

Located downtown in Saint-Agne, the house is located 7 minutes away from the metro and 30 minutes from the Capitole by foot. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly with all the facilities nearby. There is a also market on Friday and Saturday mornings. The airport is an easy 20 minutes ride.
There are nice parks and swimming pools at a walking distance.

Beware : (nice) cat !
Akemi, our 12 years old cat, is calm and used to kids. But we cannot welcome other pets in our house.
The house is also strictly non-smoker.

Nice, well situated and easy to live house. It is perfect to discover Toulouse and its surrounding with your family.
We are opened to all offers for french school holidays, reciprocal simultaneous or non simultaneous or non reciprocal swaps. We may also be interested in short swaps for week-ends.

About the location

Home Swap Toulouse: Toulouse is a dynamic and friendly city in the southwest of France. It is known as the pink city because of its buildings, which are mainly made of bricks and give it its pretty hue.
It’s a great place to live, walk around, have a drink. There are also many good restaurants. The gastronomy of the southwest is worth a visit!
Toulouse is also the cradle of European aeronautics and aerospace. Several excellent museums are dedicated to the subject. The machine company has also just opened its “halle” there, which will fascinate young and old alike.
A bike ride along the canal, a picnic on the banks of the Garonne are also very enjoyable.
Rugby is the national sport. We recommend to go and see a match!

Finally, Toulouse is a very good starting point to discover the southwest. In less than an hour, the medieval city of Carcassonne, the episcopal city of Albi, the foothills of the Pyrenees, the Cathar castles, the Gers, among others, are accessible. The Mediterranean is also only 1h15 away.
