        Home Swap Perth: A quality home in a quiet beachside location in beautiful Perth, Western Australia for home swap. Built only 5 years ago this house sits on a coastal cul de sac road within meters of the beach. Spectacular views from the living room and balcony. 3 generous double bedrooms 2 ensuites and 1 additional toilet. A separate tv room and a games room lead onto a rear garden with koi pond and seating area.  Wi-Fi Cars are negotiable, but alternatively, there is a bus around the corner and the train station to the city and beyond is only 10 minutes away.
