Just relax, do nothing, or play piano on the superb grand piano. Read a few books selected from the old bookshelf! This Victorian is located house directly on the St-Laurence river and offers you a peaceful environment. Especially, where the light comes shining through the 36 windows and doors. You may also have an ambitious program for skiing, golfing, mountain climbing: GREAT! However, Just be ready to change your plans, in the same way as so many have done, because they just wanted to enjoy the place! For those of you who need the Internet, YES we offer wireless Internet!

About the house

The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a grand piano, a fireplace. The bedrooms are cosy and comfortable with their thick duvet cover or nonallergic blankets if needed.

For a minimal fee, you also get access to the pools and spas of the Fairmont Hotel Manoir Richelieu located at Pointe au Pic, 12 km from the house.

This house is very well equipped with a modern kitchen and dinnerware that comes from Obernay in France. The floors are made of large red pine boards that adds so much to the atmosphere of the house.

Set on two-acres directly on the St-Lawrence river you will find the house, and counts several apple trees. Along with flower gardens of all kinds. We charge a cleaning fee of 150 $ because the house is usually occupied by clients who rents the house because the house has to meet hotel standards. and therefore this is the amount that is charged by the cleaning crew that takes care of our house. Thank you for your understanding!

About the location

Home Swap Quebec: The Charlevoix region is an ideal place for relaxing, culture or adventure. With a bit of luck, you can sometimes see the belugas directly from the veranda! Or maybe you would prefer to go on a whale watching tour, only 45 minutes from the house. In our village of St-Irenee, you have the Domaine Forget, a magnificent concert hall where you have the international summer music festival

We are located 40 minutes from the ski center Le Massif, the resort where the new Club Med will be located in 2021, 90 minutes east of Québec City and 4 hours from Montréal, 9 hours from Toronto.
