The houseis 5 minutes from the beach and main coast road. We have 4 double bedrooms, kitchen with breakfast bar and 2 living rooms and office space.

There are tables and chairs to eat outside in the shady patio next to the kitchen, on the patio next to the living room and under the palm trees in the shade. There is underfloor heating on one side of the house and a fireplace on the other side. Sotogrande is a quiet neighborhood. You need a car to get here, it is a nice place to relax. Sotogrande is on the coast not far from Gibraltar. Well known for Golf and Polo but also has sailing, nice countryside for horse riding and cycling. There also a castle nearby and many restaurants to choose from.
