Home Swap Santa Ana: Santa Ana is within 10 minutes from the capital San José and 5 minutes from Escazu in the Central Valley, Costa Rica. It is very popular among expats and closed to all entertainment, amenities, hospitals etc..

It is very centric, and public transportation is very close..

The weather is spring-like and we have a rainy season.. You don’t need an air condition.. But it depends on you..if you want to use it

It is a small loft of 27 m2 including a small kitchen and separate bathroom..it is small but it has everything you need and more.. Has also has a fan and portable air conditioner (Even though you don’t need it) in case you need it.. The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of machines and tools you need..and has a huge oven..

The shower has instant hot water.

Everything is clean and new..

The Loft is part of a community of 6 small lofts and has a common area and comment washer and dryer… It is a safe environment and All Neighbor know each other, and the owner Liv’s next door

There is no backyard

This loft is ideal for one person or a couple..that come to work in Costa Rica or wants to learn about the country, experience it, and taste the Pura vida before he moves completely to Costa Rica

I like to use the loft in exchange for the same size one or a room in Montreal, Canada from April to the end of November. Because I am a construction engineer, I go to work in Montreal for around 6-7 months, and I pass the winter here in Costa Rica

Optional: I also have a car, so if you have a car, we can swap it.. Or if you like you can rent my car
