Home Swap San Francisco: Our beautiful two-floor loft is in San Francisco city on a quiet, safe street on the 3rd floor (accessible by elevator). It’s stocked with all your kitchen & bath essentials and tons of board games and entertainment options.

Our apartment is 1 bed, 1.5 bath, and has floor to ceiling windows which fill the rooms with natural light.
– There is an accessible bathroom on the first floor and another full bath upstairs
– In-unit laundry and dryer
– TWO full workstations with table, office chair, and monitors (great for working from home)!

Our home is perfect for one person or a couple. We also have a queen air mattress that can be used for additional guests.

We ask that you leave our apartment as clean as you found it (we will absolutely do the same). For a Guest Points only exchange, we may need to charge a $125 cleaning fee if other guests are coming to our apartment afterwards.

About the location

Home Swap San Francisco: Our apartment is located conveniently in San Francisco city, just a short walk or bike away from amazing restaurants, parks, and more. We have a grocery store and pharmacy right downstairs, and the train station to South Bay is less than a block away. In the area you’ll also find an amazing local brewery, several city bike stations, and one of the biggest grower-owned flower markets in the US.

You’ll also be walking distance to SF MoMa, Yerba Buena gardens, Moscone Center, and Oracle Park (home of the Giants! ⚾). We are only about 15 min to the airport without traffic.

You have everything you need at your doorstep, and we’re happy to provide recommendations for your stay!
