Our 50m2 apartment is located on the 12th floor. There is a lovely balcony which gives great views. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance. In addition, there are various public transport nearby bus, metro, tram, bicycle). Paris is known for its shopping centers, which are 10 minutes walk away, also local parks are within walking distance.
