What you will love about our neighborhood:

We live in the outside of Papendrecht, a village close to the famous Dutch windmills of Kinderdijk (UNESCO World Heritage), but also very close to modern harbour city of Rotterdam, and from Dordrecht, the oldest city of Holland. We live in an area where you love to go biking with rivers and pastures very nearby! You may park your car on the front side of our house. On the backside there are no cars allowed. So it’s a very safe and child-friendly neighbourhood. A lot of playgrounds are in walking distance.

What you will love about our home

We have a nice house (built in 1974), with 5 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 2 toilets over 3 floors. Living space is 425 m3. The house is central-heated. Everything in the house is new and according to our modern wishes. The house has an entrance hall with a separate toilet. The large L-shape living is decorated with a parquet floor and furnished in modern style. The house has a comfortable and cosy living room with dining table for 6 persons or 8 persons at the most. A computer corner also with a computer with fast and wireless internet. Also, we have TV with DVD player and a stereo set. It has an open kitchen which is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, oven, etc.). On the first floor there’s one bathroom with toilet, 2 children’s bedrooms and a master bedroom for two persons. The masterbedroom has a very comfortable boxspring lits-jumeaux bed (220 at 240). The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. On the second floor a washing machine, dryer, 2 children bedrooms and a big freezer. The house is also very child-friendly and your children could explore a lot of toys, both for boys and girls whether it’s Lego, Duplo, Cars, My little pony, puzzles, etc. Around the house is a sunny front yard and back yard with a terrace and playground. You can use a comfortable large lounge set: a table and seats for 6 people. A barn is also at your disposal, with 5 bicycles. Feel free to contact us We are a happily married couple (47 and 40 years old). We have 4 lovely children (a 16 years old daughter, a 14-year-old son, a 10 years old son, and a girl of 7 years old). We love to travel and look for beautiful landscapes within Europe. We are open to all suggestions. Surprise us!
