Home Swap Legutio Spain: Nuestra casa está situada en un lugar privilegiado dentro de Euskadi una de las comunidades de España, es un chalet adosado de 4 plantas que dispone de jardín y garaje, estamos frente a un lago el embalse de Urrunaga que se puede ver desde el dormitorio principal y el salón, estamos rodeados de montañas aunque cerca de la capital, Vitoria-Gasteiz a unos 10 minutos en coche, el resto de capitales vascas están a media hora Bilbao y una hora más o menos San Sebastián, dentro de nuestro núcleo hay bares, restaurantes y tiendas de alimentación, también disponemos de un centro médico y una ambulancia que está permanente en el pueblo. Buena gastronomía, paisajes y diversión para unas vacaciones perfectas

Home Swap Legutio Spain: Our house is located in a privileged area within Euskadi, one of the communities in Spain. It is a semi-detached house with four floors and a garage. From the master bedroom and living room, we are facing a lake called Urrunaga reservoir.

Our home is surrounded by mountains, although close to the capital. Vitoria-Gasteiz is about 10 minutes away by car, while the rest of the Basque capitals are about half an hour from Bilbao and an hour or so from San Sebastian.

Additionally, there are bars, restaurants, and food shops in our village, as well as a medical centre and an ambulance. It’s also the perfect holiday with good food, scenery, and fun.

About the location

Legutio is located in the Cuadrilla (valley) de Zuia, in the historical territory of Alava. The area around the village is also full of green meadows, where we can find a variety of animal species and man-made reservoirs and rivers.
