The 2550 square foot house built in the late 1930s and thoroughly refurbished and expanded in 2019, featuring beautiful lake views from nearly every room. There are 5 bedrooms (1-k, 3-q, 1-bunkbeds), each bedroom opening to a lakeview deck, 4.5 baths.

The Great Room features a massive stone fireplace at one end and picture windows and French doors opening to a 42-foot wide lake view deck at the other end, with a hot tub and outdoor dining. The large “original” pine country kitchen has all new stainless appliances and is well equipped. It opens to a large family lounge with a big screen TV and an informal dining area with open staircase. Full laundry and attached 2-car garage. There is also a large flagstone patio for outdoor entertaining.

Home Swap Lake Tahoe: Even more amazing are the amenities: Directly below the house you will find Brockway Hot Springs, with a 175 foot pier, thermally-heated pool, tennis courts, a clubhouse with a workout room and large sauna. On the lower level and glassed lakeshore lounge on the upper floor, all available to our guests. Two blocks down our street is famous Speedboat Beach. One of the most photographed at Tahoe with massive rock islands and a quarter mile of sand.

Two blocks east is the Nevada state line, with one of Tahoe’s best restaurants and a selection of rustic old school casinos with entertainment. We are also near the center of the greatest concentration of skiing facilities in North America, and no less than 13 golf courses (including Brockway’s own, which hosted the first Crosby) are within a half hour drive. The house offers everything to have a perfect Lake Tahoe vacation experience.
