Home Swap Denver Suburb Retreat: Our home is the perfect retreat in the SW suburbs of Denver. We sit at the end of a culdesac at the top of a hill. It is private and quiet. We have remodeled the entire interior to feel modern, calm and inviting. There is plenty of space to gather and relax. There are views of the foothills of the mountains and a large, beautiful 3-tiered deck and sunroom.

We enjoy spending time outside grilling and sitting by the fire table. Some technology amenities of the home include: Sonos wireless home audio system, Xbox One gaming console, Tonal complete home gym system. Master bedroom has a California King size bed, Second bedroom has a Queen size bed and walk in closet that serves as the nursery with crib, and third bedroom has a daybed with trundle/2 twin beds. We also have a queen size air mattress we can pull out. We may need to request a cleaning fee depending on how we arrange the exchange of $150.

Home Swap Denver Suburb Retreat: We live in a lovely neighborhood that has local parks and walking trails. The city of Littleton has a lot to offer for a suburb with its own downtown, local parks, state parks, and shopping. Anything you could want or need is likely a 5 minute drive or less away. In addition, it is easy access to downtown Denver, Red Rocks Amphitheater, and C470 which can take you into the mountains, down to Colorado Springs or up to Boulder. We love all of the amenities and nature at our fingertips here! Can’t wait to fill you in on all our favorite spots and to-dos and sees!

I have lived and traveled all over the place, and Denver is truly a stellar city. The weather is divine with over 300 days of sunshine, no humidity and no bugs. We love being nestled in the suburbs and take advantage of all of the convenience and activities that affords us without the business of living downtown, yet we have such easy access to everything from the skiing the Rockies to Downtown Denver and beyond.

There is so much natural beauty here that it would take a lifetime to explore it all. You can enjoy everything from skiing, mountain climbing and hiking, performing arts and concerts (Red Rocks is amazing), zoos and museums, and some of the best dining and breweries in the country. The culture here is warm and kind and extremely easygoing. Everyone enjoys an adventure-filled, active lifestyle just as much as they love kicking back and relaxing with their mountain dog and a cold one.
