The “Wild Atlantic Mews” is a small converted garage, suitable for two, people, situated 1km from Malin village. The property was on Airbnb for three years from 2016 till 2019 where we had over sixty 5* reviews, and where we were also “Superhosts” for those three years. We are therefore very confident that you will have a quality, enjoyable stay here.

The property is behind and separate from our family home. Downstairs there is a compact open-plan living/dining/sitting area and a small WC/shower-room. Hot water and heating are by electricity. There is a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, Nespresso coffee-machine and electric toaster. Upstairs there is a bedroom with two single beds, which can be pushed together to make a super king size. We only accept bookings for a maximum of two people. For your entertainment there is a TV with 100+ satellite channels, access to our Guest account on Netflix, a DVD player with a selection of 80 Irish DVDs, a radio/CD player with 30 CDs of Irish music, and fast fibre Wi-Fi of at least 30 mb/sec allowing you to work from here if you need to. A gas barbecue is also available for you to use outside.

This property for two people is on a beautiful peninsula called Inishowen in Co. Donegal at the very top of Ireland. We are sure you will find that this wild and beautiful peninsula is the perfect place to chill out from the fast pace of a hectic modern lifestyle. We are in the Republic of Ireland (a.k.a. Éire / Southern Ireland) although we are further north than Northern Ireland!!! Donegal was named the “coolest place on the planet in 2017” according to National Geographic Traveller magazine.

The house is less than 1km from the Atlantic Ocean and 5 km from two beautiful sandy beaches. On the Inishowen Peninsula you can enjoy the starting point for the Wild Atlantic Way (WAW), the longest coastal scenic drive in the world – while on the peninsula itself you can hike or hill climb, swim in the sea, go sailing, deep sea fishing and freshwater fishing, go horse riding, surfing, hill and rock climbing, cycling, painting and golfing.

This is a golfer’s paradise, we have several 18-hole golf courses nearby, including Ballyliffin (6km), which hosted the Irish Open in 2018.it We are just 1km from a village called Malin, where there is a pub, a fast-food restaurant/cafe, a supermarket, a post office, a hairdresser, a beautician and a butcher. The Nearest City

The historic walled city of Derry / Londonderry (pop. 130,000) is only 35 km from us, across the border in Northern Ireland. This ancient fortified city has a lot to offer, including department stores, hypermarkets, museums, historic city walls, pubs, discos, concert halls, theatres, cinemas, bowling and lots of restaurants. It was chosen as the first “UK City of Culture” in 2013. Derry was also ranked at number four in Lonely Planet’s list of the top places to visit in the world in 2012. City of Derry Airport (LDE) has daily flights to several UK cities such as London, Liverpool and Glasgow. The Giant’s Causeway and the major “Game of Thrones” sites are just an hour away via the Foyle Ferry. The nearest big city is Belfast (pop. 350,000), it is just 100 minutes from here by car. The nearest international airport is Belfast International (BFS) a 70-minute drive. Other airports include: Donegal Airport, voted the most scenic airport in the world for the past four years (90 mins), Belfast City (100 mins), Dublin (3.5 hours).
