    Home Swap Byron Bay: Sorry but no swaps in Australia and please note that we have a cat that would be staying with the house and would need to be fed in the morning and evening (if you want to go away for 1 or 2 nights, we can arrange for someone to feed the cat) The house is set on 2 semi-rural acres in the Byron Bay Hinterland in the far north of New South Wales; just a 15-minute drive from Byron Bay town center. The property is mainly lawn with large trees on the boundaries. There are far-reaching views down the valley from the front deck The house has 2 bedrooms and a study. The downstairs area of the house is open-plan with the living and dining areas separated by the kitchen area. There is also a large utility area with lots of storage space. Please note that there is no telephone in the house. We use mobile phones or Skype/Messenger/WhatsApp via our unlimited data broadband/wi-fi About the location

    Home Swap Byron Bay: There are 3 airports within easy driving distance – Ballina/Byron about 25 minutes away, Gold Coast about 45 minutes away and Brisbane about 2:15 hours away. The property is not suitable for young children or pets. Please note that use of a car may be possible – the insurance excess is $300 in case of any accidents i.e. you have to pay the first $300 of any claim made against our car insurance
